Through years of automation experience we have heard one resounding gripe from our customers. The vinyl gates found in local store and fencing suppliers are just not built for the rigors of automation. All of our gates are custom built to the exact customers specifications (height and width), welded on all joints and are built with 6061-T6 aluminum: known for its strength and resilience. PLUS our gates all come with the necessary component of automation including horizontal supports matched to the mounting need of all common gate openers and ball bearing hinges, made to make your gate swing smoothly and freely through years of usage.

Options:
Size: Use this gate frame kit by attaching the vinyl slats (not included) to the 2" x 2" aluminum frame and aluminum intermediate frame stiffener, and for vinyl gates longer than 8' will include a 1/4" x 3/4" flat bar diagonal bracing welded on to the framing for extra stability. This kit includes ball bearing hinges to attach the gate to your post (post not included) for your convenience.

Automation: These frames will match perfectly with all of our vinyl gate openers.

Posts: The post has the hinge barrels welded to it. The gate kit comes with hinge barrels and hinges

Hinge Plates: The hing plates have the barrels already welded to a plate for easy mounting to an existing post or column.

Specifications:
Use this gate kit by attaching the vinyl slats (not included) to the 2" x 2" aluminum frame and aluminum intermediate frame stiffener. It attaches on one side to allow a multitude of vinyl sizes and styles. Ball bearing hinges are included in this kit to make attaching the gate to a post (post not included, post can be purchased with the hinges welded on to the post) a breeze.

Every gate is shipped with a can of self etching primer as a base coat for the frame and then can be painted any color needed. We use Marhide self-etching primer by Bondo. A self-etching primer is an essential undercoat layer of paint over aluminum. Primer kills stains, retards moisture and provides a good surface for a topcoat of paint to adhere to. It is imperative that new or bare metal and aluminum is primed prior to painting. Bondo is the producer of the top bare aluminum primers on the market.
